Description:
Erophila verna = Draba verna (Common Whitlowgrass). North 40, Floyd Bennett Field, sparsely-grass covered open area a short distance from entrance from Flatbush Avenue & bicycle track, Brooklyn, NY. (What appears to be Arabidopsis thaliana and Cardamine hirsuta among other plants noted in this small area.) Note: British and European authors (e.g. Clive Stace, 2010, New Flora of the British Isles 3rd ed.,) recognize Erophila as a distinct genus separate from Draba and this and several other species are placed in Erophila.
